Christina Hoffmann has a lot of experience in the field of marketing.
Before founding Brandmind, Christina was Head of Marketing in a Corporate Company at localsearch (Swisscom Directories AG) for about 4 years. Prior to this, she held various management and specialist positions in the marketing environment at Zurich Insurance for anothe 4 years.
With a strong marketing background and further training in positive psychology, she has already been able to test the basics of applied neuromarketing in practice several times.
This ultimately led her to the decision to found Brandmind and to become the first consultancy and agency to specialise in applied neuromarketing in brand management and digital marketing.

Michel Bevilacqua is the Head of IT at Brandmind. He brings a wealth of experience in the field of technology, having worked in various IT leadership roles for over 10 years. He leads the IT strategy and operations, ensuring that the company’s technology aligns with its overall business goals. He’s known for his ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and his dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

Marcos Ferrari holds a BSc in Business Administration and is a former athlete of the Brazilian national Swim Team. Throughout his career, he has developed the ability to concentrate in a competitive environment and the discipline to fulfill an intense daily routine. Currently, he is attending Master studies in Switzerland and his goal is to start a career in an international, dynamic and challenging environment, which would empower him to grow further, both professionally and personally. He is described as a solution-oriented, highly motivated, team player, flexible, innovative, proactive individual with good communication skills and a strong analytical mindset.
Head of Social Media
Viktória Gyulai learned about the challenges of entrepreneurship early in life. During her studies in Brand Management at university, she co-founded a yoga and beauty studio, where she served as the Marketing Manager. Her experience managing the business during the pandemic has given her the ability to adapt and develop effective strategies.
With her entrepreneurial spirit and a growth mindset, Viktória is confident in her ability to quickly add value to any team she joins. She is a self-starter and is able to complete tasks efficiently and on time. Her positive attitude is contagious and she takes responsibility for her own personal growth.
Marc-Oliver Pawlowsky worked in different areas throughout the past 25 years – Brand Management and Finance Management in Automotive, Building an AI-based Software for Freelancers as the CEO at Geegbay GmbH and he also worked for Brandmind from 2019 to 2020. In his senior consultant role, Marc is providing essential data analysis input in our customer projects as well as for our AI in development.
