Christina Hoffmann has a lot of experience in the field of marketing.

Before founding Brandmind, Christina was Head of Marketing in a Corporate Company at localsearch (Swisscom Directories AG) for about 4 years. Prior to this, she held various management and specialist positions in the marketing environment at Zurich Insurance for anothe 4 years.

With a strong marketing background and further training in positive psychology, she has already been able to test the basics of applied neuromarketing in practice several times.

This ultimately led her to the decision to found Brandmind and to become the first consultancy and agency to specialise in applied neuromarketing in brand management and digital marketing.

CMO / CFO BRANDMIND

Marc-Oliver Pawlowsky has six years of international professional experience in consulting multinational corporations in the areas of Brand Design, Corporate Identity, Graphic Design & Product Strategy. During this time he has worked for clients such as Panasonic, Volkswagen, Ford and Samsung.

Subsequently, he spent five years as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of a specialized personnel service provider, where he was responsible for the development of the group of companies and developed it from 32 million sales in 2006 to 170 million sales in 2011. After working as a management consultant for daily reporting, Marc gained over four years of experience as local CFO of an automotive supplier in Germany and was entrusted with the development of a newly founded production plant in Morocco.

Marc brings all his skills and know-how to BrandMind: as CFO, he is responsible for finance and operations, and as CMO, he specifically manages the branding part of the customer projects.

Steffen Lentz has over 20 years of experience in leading innovative IT-related projects to success. He has repeatedly built high performance teams and mastered complex challenges. As executive he combines technology with project and product management and organizational development. 

Steffen studied Business Informatics and then worked for 10 years as an IT consultant in various roles in software projects with large companies.

In 2010, he moved to the client side and took over responsibility as a project manager for challenging projects at a major investment bank. Later he was drawn into the start-up world, where among other things he was CTO of the first Fintech receiving a Swiss banking license.
